Bible reviewer reviews the Trump bible.

The review is actually quite good if you start where the OP has the video begin. It seems to be a rather long TLDR of what he says earlier. If you did not watch it spoiler alert, he did not like it either for various reasons. He did not think, as a Christian, that it was an appropriate Bible for Christians. He made a rational and not an emotional judgement against it from a Christian perspective. I am not a Christian any longer, but I can admire one that follows the basics of his faith and comes up with a rational conclusion.

Excellent review of a new Bible version I'd not seen. I agree with Tim's negative conclusions.

I'm a Trump supporting, patriotic, American Christian who does not accept the misguided notion of separation of church and state. Yet, I think the Holy Bible is too sacred to be adding nationalistic material at the expense of ommitting other appropriate, traditional material - like scriptural notes, references, maps, etc.

I'm glad to see Trump openly supporting the Christian faith as he's done in many ways, but I think his endorsement for the Bible in general would have been better (and more appropriate) than singling out this subpar version.
