"Some" cops.... Not all.

I'd feel a whole lot better with the deflection if the "some" you are talking about ever got held accountable. The fact is they just don't. In fact most of the time if a cop is getting held accountable its because they ratted on other cops or were in a bad way with their department. Which means you better hope the jackhole cop that does something illegal to you had pissed off their boss at some point enough to use your unfortunate situation as petty revenge.

He systematically hunted humans...framing dozens of
