Sounds about right.
I think scientific research pointed out that about 1 in 11 men are homosexual are bisexual.
So 7.1% seems in line with such figures.

If they are "undecided", then calling them heterosexuals isn't exactly correct either.
Although I also wonder what the difference between "undecided" and bisexual is...
If one doesn't know if one is heterosexual or homosexual... then it seems to me that one is both. So, bisexual.

If I weren't really "certain" about that... I'ld consider it pretty obvious that I'm at least bisexual.
