Is voodoo the most powerful form of black magic?

Vodou isn't a form of black magic.
Its a religion and initiatory tradition. It sometimes employs magic, but to simply equate it with magic isn't accurate.

A few questions....Is voodoo the most powerful form of black magic?
- How does one measure the power of magic?
- What exactly do you mean by "black" magic?
- What other "forms" of magic are there?
- Are they measured in the same way?
Which then, by process, means it isn't the most powerful form of black magic since it isn't a form of black magic to begin with.
I'm not really one to view spellcraft through the lens of dualism, but in general, if one wants the "most powerful" spellcraft to mess with others it'll be something from your own traditions that you know well and have a strong mastery of. Kinda like the difference between playing a musical instrument you are trained in versus picking up one you've barely played before and expecting to carry a good tune with it. Doesn't really work so well, though you might pull it off if you are lucky or just exceptionally intuitive with music in general.
