But that's silly because Pilate didn't need Jewish input. He was considered so cruel that the cruel Roman Empire had to banish him. Jesus was causing problems, especially at the temple during times of "increased workload" for the Roman guards. He was executed by Romans for being a religious/political terrorist. That's it.
God told ME that He didn't say half the things in the bible and anything He declared would be acknowledged by all of nature. If God tells you the bible is not His Word, do you believe Him?
Jesus died and we're still waiting for him.
Technically, biology determines who lives and who dies. I disagree with making Satan into yet another God.
I'd be more attracted to your "Spirit's" teachings if It could tell the truth about what happened when the Romans killed Jesus. As it continues to use biblical anti-Semitic whining, such a Spirit should be given a polite nod and then ignored.
I don't know where you get that idea.
Read Luke 23:
4 Then said Pilate to the chief priests and to the people, I find no fault in this man.
14 Said unto them, Ye have brought this man unto me, as one that perverteth the people: and, behold, I, having examined him before you, have found no fault in this man touching those things whereof ye accuse him:
15 No, nor yet Herod: for I sent you to him; and, lo, nothing worthy of death is done unto him.
16 I will therefore chastise him, and release him.
20 Pilate therefore, willing to release Jesus, spake again to them.
21 But they cried, saying, Crucify him, crucify him.
22 And he said unto them the third time, Why, what evil hath he done? I have found no cause of death in him: I will therefore chastise him, and let him go.
23 And they were instant with loud voices, requiring that he might be crucified.
And the voices of them and of the chief priests prevailed.
24 And Pilate gave sentence that it should be as they required.

The Gospel of Nicodemus
I'm not going to argue who has the Spirit and who doesn't. Like above, I'll disagree with with you showing why, not simply saying it. Sooner or later, the Spirit reveals the truth to both of us. Maybe not immediately. It took me decades, as my mind closed around a view I wanted to be true, rather than see what was being actually shown me.
I believe there is something far above science and nature. If there wasn't, the mind couldn't conceive it. We know a thought isn't conceived until the mind creates it. But where do thoughts go when the brain dies? A thought isn't physical, so I question if it dies at all. Christianity is much deeper than old religious rituals. So I find great adventure in seeking answers to verses like this:
(3) Jesus said, "If those who lead you say to you, 'See, the kingdom is in the sky,' then the birds of the sky will precede you. If they say to you, 'It is in the sea,' then the fish will precede you. Rather, the kingdom is inside of you, and it is outside of you. When you come to know yourselves, then you will become known, and you will realize that it is you who are the sons of the living father. But if you will not know yourselves, you dwell in poverty and it is you who are that poverty."- Gospel of Thomas
I believe Jesus was far ahead of those who wrote about him, as well as those today who follow the Bible. Gnosis takes man to a much hogher level of understanding than the orthodox see or allow.
Just my synopsis.
