I think it's understandable that people would be upset after an event like 9/11. However, lingering feelings of hate and unwillingness to learn can be very dangerous.

I applaud your open-mindedness toward learning about other religions and your subsequent change of stance; methinks we could do with some more people like you.

I agree that Islam is one of the most misrepresented and stereotyped religions out there. It's good to see that knowledgeable people are trying to balance out the stereotyping a bit.

Hehe. Thanks for the kind words. Things had changed quickly this past year and led up to events as they are now. Not always what one thinks or wants as I'm sure your privy too, but eh what can one do but ride the waves, or in my particular case the road. It's certainly gonna put all the Buddhist training so far to a hearty and true test. I'll probably check out later this week as my focus will need to be centered on my occupation as long as it takes to settle back proper in my skills and get in the zone as it were. Buddhist boards definitely in good hands with you and DreadFish. A few more days of RF fun though. In spite of interviews this week I'm on vacation. :0)
