I'm just a guy interested in the human endeavor to understand ourselves and the world, be it through religion, philosophy, science, or anything else.

Religion: None (agnostic atheist). I do not claim that there are no deities or other kinds of super-nature, but I don't see a good reason to believe in these things. Most people are atheists about all the other gods and religions humanity has ever believed in, except their own. I'm an atheist in the same way, except I just don't have one of my own to fall back on. While I certainly have an anti-theistic side, I'm still able to respect and find value in religion when it doesn't come into conflict with my moral worldview, regardless of irreconcilable metaphysical or epistemological disagreements.

Politics: Anarchist (libertarian socialist). I advocate an anti-authoritarian philosophy that calls for the eradication of all forms of social, political, and economic oppression. In doing so, I support an anti-state form of socialism that aims to identify, criticize, and dismantle all forms of illegitimate authority and coercive hierarchy in all aspects of life and replace them with free association and horizontal organizations. I am an anarcho-communist, specifically. I'm also a feminist.

"I do not know what I may appear to the world, but to myself I seem to have been only like a boy playing on the sea-shore, and diverting myself in now and then finding a smoother pebble or a prettier shell than ordinary, whilst the great ocean of truth lay all undiscovered before me." - Isaac Newton
