Thanks honey for replying. I have a friend who is obesessed with looking yourself in the eye in a mirror. Really. Everytime we start to get down or beat ourselves up she insists the miserable person looks themselves straight in the eye and say I love you. It's not as easy as it sounds. We are all very aware to stay positive around her or she will insist (and she is very bossy). Anyway it's become a standing joke now so it makes us all laugh -it's like being made to stand in the cornor with your back to the class.
