ok, i really came to learn, this time i think im seeing more arguement on personal level than educational opinion swapping debate. where do i find opinions/answers to questions, like "why did jesus have to be torchured and die in order to preserve the sinners, was there no better idea at the time?" , and "if god really "knows all"(knows your heart ) why did he have some man to climb a mountain and sacrifice his child(not) as a test to prove something he already knew?" where did all this stuff come from? yes i am a little lower level here, i havent been to church or any other religious assembly since I was 5!!

ok, havent been on here much, really interesting site, but really unsure about how to get the ball rolling in the direction I am looking for. I have some really simplistic questions about all religions, faiths, enlightenments, whatever. I do believe there is a greatness beyond the self, however my decision as to what I "believe" is of time undefined. I dont presently believe in anyone being right or wrong. I also have no qualms about others thinking differently than me. Guess I consider myself somewhat a blank page to be written upon in the subject of religion/spirtuality, however I will not follow anyone just because they "sound like they know what their talking about", I will continue to think for myself. Any occultists looking for followers please dont bother. If you simply enjoy sharing of yourself/personality, then you are most welcome with me.

Probably either General Religious Debates, or Comparative Religion if you want no debating.
