Allah translated means 'The One Who Calls Himself God'. Therefore, when I speak to the one who calls himself God -is that the same as Allah or does he only speak his name in Arabic? I am sure The One Who Calls Himself God did speak to an ancient Arab in Arabic but he spoke in Spanish to the pope. I believe there are many paths to God and each one has its own set of rules and symbols to reach people. The arrogance comes in thinking yours is the only way. I already know Allah loves me because Allah is God I don't know what he would say to your prejudice though. You have not offended me. It is wonderful to be able to debate MY faith with you. I hope we can continue to debate this topic. I am not offended -I am interested.

God is God and no amount of bickering over which face or which prophet got the rules right will change the central message. GOD IS LOVE. Hi. Please could you help me. I joined this forum for lots of reasons but mostly because I have a burning question and wanted real people (not text books etc) to answer it. Okay here goes. Will Allah allow me to love Him and will He me even if I believe in and love dearly other Gods/Goddesses?

That is indeed my family. My husband is seated with our sons Dylan on the left and Tyler on the right. Our oldest son Garette is standing behind him, and I have my arm around our youngest child, daughter Dana.

That pic is 4 years old, though, and our three boys are at least as tall as me, with our two older boys almost passing up their dad now in height! Garette is 15, Dylan is 13, Tyler is 11, and Dana is 9.
