You will learn gradually by exploring the site and trying new things. The 'Go Advanced' option is so that you may add pictures of smiles. For example: :help::bow::sarcastic

When you click to subscribe to a thread, after you become subscribed it will take you back to the page you were on. The site will record that you have subscribed. If you then click to unsubscribe, then it will remove this memory.

Don't worry, you will learn it :)
    Hussain,
To read replies to your posts there are two option. 1) You can click on the link that says 'My Replies' along the top area of the screen (in the same line across where there are link options for 'Home', 'Who's Online', 'Today's Posts' etc. keep going along until you see 'My Replies'.
The other option is that when you are in a thread there is an option called 'Thread Tools'. Click there, and then click on 'Subscribe to this Thread'. Once you can subscribed to it, then you can check for new posts by going to 'User CP', which you will find close below the 'Home' link. If new posts have been made in that thread, then it will appear on the User CP page.
Let me know if you have any difficulty.
You are doing well! I have seen your replies in the thread (article). When you 'post message' your message will appear as the final post in the page. If you look, you will see that what you have written is there for everyone to see. Click here:

To view your Profile, look at the top right corner of the screen. In that general area, it will say Welcome, hussain. Click on your name and you will be taken to your Profile.
If you have any specific questions, I will try to help you. If you are not sure where to post or how to post then ask me first and I will guide you. Again, welcome to the forum :)
    Hello Hussain,
thank you for your reply. This is a good place to come to discuss with religious people. Please take the time to explore the main page of this forum, so that you learn where to look for different conversation. For example, if the link says 'Islam DIR' this means that you can discuss anything about Islam within. If it is Hinduism DIR then it is where Hindus only go to discuss amongst each other. But you my also enter to read or ask respectful questions in the DIR that is not your religion.
    Hi, welcome to RF!
May I ask, what was your motivation in posting on my profile? Was it in response to something I have written on the forum?
