I hope you find a path that you feel comfortable with, be it Sikhism or otherwise.
What issues are you struggling with, if you don't mind my asking? Do you think that interpreting scripture differently might resolve some of those issues, for example, or are they related to something central to the religion as a whole?
I've been busy. Not really a bad thing, though. It's for a good cause (school).

Yeah I have, they told me it's depression and not chemical. I also have self esteem and confidence issues. Therapy is the only thing they recommend along with trying to have a routine and volunteering. She said having a job would probably make things worse since they expect you to do well (which is true that's what I experienced during august when I had a job).
I've been finding it difficult to do anything at all, not staring at curtains but at a computer screen instead.

Well I'm struggling with mental issues but I have an appointment soon, so I'm hoping I'll have help. I barely "live" so to speak, every small thing is hard for me to do.
Religion/spirituality has taken a backseat. Just reading about various faiths without trying to find mine. Can't commit in this condition, imagine trying to do rituals or w/e when you can barely do the dishes!

Yeah it's been a bit huh, I got really busy with my work haha this is my last year and my group and I have our work cut out for us. Take into account the mechanical engineer who was our project lead had some type of breakdown and then they threw the job on me my workload swamped me. No time for anything including chat unfortunately It's a bit better now though, does anyone ever get on it seems so quiet -
