  • Hi Smartguy. I noticed your post about dirty jokes in the 'welcome' part of the forum. I have known more than one person to convert to Christianity specifically because they felt that atheist culture was crude and immoral and also a bit cold. Dirty joking and dirty living are not always the same, but sometimes they are. If a person can control their speech they can do anything. Its a cold world sometimes, so its often kindness that draws people to believe and things like coarse joking and rowdy living that drives them to believe. That being said in the past I've tended to be too pure to have friends and to get along with people and was not able to show them how I cared about them. I became inhuman for spiritual reasons, but this was not good for people. Now I feel like there is a scale and I have to find a place on it somewhere that is neither too spiritual nor too physical, because there is no value if I am completely spiritual but unable to be a friend.
Pretty well! Maybe a little tired but nothing too bad. Thank you for asking :)
Yeah, if you don't use it to talk to others in real life you might somehow be less able to use it properly and you might notice a gap between your written and verbal fluency. Sometimes i feel i can write way better than talk in English. I can speak well, but not as good as my writings though my writing skill has dropped lately, lol.
I wish i could frubal you more than once there. You are awesome! I'm also impressed with your fluency in English. Are you an English teacher or something, or you have studied abroad? :)
