The book of Job is very difficult to understand. The author seems to have different messages at different parts of the story. One can study Job for many years but usually can't resolve the contradictions.

Wow. That's your answer? Job was just a man who sufered and spoke in his own defense. God heard his defense and resolved the problem. What else can you make of that?

Job did not speak to his friends as if he were a king or a prophet or a leader. He spoke as a man and every word he spoke was true. God reprimanded the friends and restored Job. Why? Because Job answered as a man nothing more..Job was the hero we all want.
