Yes. Everytime, God sends a Messenger, it is Judgement Day.
Look what Jesus said:
John 9:39
"Jesus said, "For judgment I came into this world, that those who do not see may see, and those who see may become blind."
And here is the Quran:
وَلِكُلِّ أُمَّةٍۢ رَّسُولٌۭ ۖ فَإِذَا جَآءَ...
What ambiguity? It is very clear. No, symbolism, no Analogy.
it says, you Muslims are a middle Ummah, meaning, tou are Not the Final Ummah.
It means, you Muslims are a witness agains those who rejected Islam, but the Messenger (next One), will testify against you, because you will reject...
Of course there is a verse that says, there will come Nabis:
وَأَشۡرَقَتِ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ بِنُورِ رَبِّهَا وَوُضِعَ ٱلۡكِتَـٰبُ وَجِا۟یۤءَ بِٱلنَّبِیِّـۧنَ وَٱلشُّهَدَاۤءِ وَقُضِیَ بَیۡنَهُم بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَهُمۡ لَا یُظۡلَمُونَ
"And the earth shineth with the light of her Lord, and the Book is set...
Ok, I agree, that it appears in some Hadithes the Son is literal.
But what should we do with these Hadithes:
Hadith 1:
We were with Imam al-Jawad (AS) when the issue of Sufyani was brought up and the traditions which state that his advent is of the definite matters. I said to Imam al-Jawad...
Let me ask you this question. In your opinion what should we do with these Hadithes:
Hadith 1:
بحار الأنوار الجزء 51 الصفحة (137)
بهذا الاسناد, عن محمد بن مسعود, عن نصر بن الصباح, عن جعفر ابن سهل, عن أبي عبدالله أخي عبد الله الكابلي, عن القابوسي, عن نضر بن السندي, عن الخليل بن عمرو, عن علي...

You might have missed his part of OP, as I was editting:
"That they said (in boast), "We killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah";- but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with...
You can interpret it that way, and is not wrong.
It is about understanding the terminology.
So, when Quran says, Noah lived 950 years, this Noah is mean His Ummah. As Noah was the Lead of His People.
So, when It is said "to each Ummah a Term appointed", the period of people of Noah was 950...
Here are verses to prove that, in certain verses, Quran equates a Messenger with His Ummah:
إِنَّ إِبۡرَ ٰهِیمَ كَانَ أُمَّةࣰ قَانِتࣰا لِّلَّهِ حَنِیفࣰا وَلَمۡ یَكُ مِنَ ٱلۡمُشۡرِكِینَ
"Lo! Abraham was a nation (Ummah) obedient to Allah, by nature upright, and he was not of the idolaters"...
The concept of believing that Quran is word of a God who is somewhere up there, is very very different than being guided to the Right Path.
The difference is this:
Quran is a Book that will guide you to the Right Path, Only and Only if you meet certain conditions, but it does not guide...
That is a good point.
However, regardless if one believes that Muhammad was a true Prophet or not, the debate can be: "Did Muhammad meant to say, there will be future Messengers after Him, or He meant to say, He is the Final Prophet?
Right.
correct.
Why when God said we will meet with the Lord, it can mean anything else, other than meeting with His Messenger?
What else could it mean?
To me, Quran is written in a way, that wants us to think about its verses to discover the truth.
Sure, here is one, exactly as you are...
Baha'u'llah answered why there is always a need for a new Guidance from God in every Age:
1.
"As to thy question concerning the heavenly Scriptures: The All-Knowing Physician hath His finger on the pulse of mankind. He perceiveth the disease, and prescribeth, in His unerring wisdom, the remedy...
There is nothing more clear and more explicitly said in the Quran, than Day of Resurrection, and meeting with Lord.
Baha'u'llah reminds these verses of the Quran, in His Book of Ighan:
"Even as He hath revealed: “As for those who believe not in the signs of God, or that they shall ever meet...
There is another Hadith in Bihar, Vol 52-3, which says the opposite:
Amirul Momineen (a.s.) used to say:
“Muddaththir will be there during the period of Rajat.
Someone asked: O Amirul Momineen (a.s.), is there a second life before
Qiyamat? And then death after that?
He replied: Yes, by Allah...
If we take this verse to mean, God took Jesus up to Himself, then it means Jesus is with God:
"Nay! God exalted him to Himself. And God had been Almighty, Wise" 4:158
Now, if we know where God, Himself is, we can also know where Jesus is.
So, let's look at the verses about where God is...
I found a good Hadith too, from Imam Sadigh, on verse 3:7. He explains:
هو الذي انزل عليك الكتاب منه آيات محكمات هن أم الكتاب واخر متشابهات الآية وانما هلك الناس في المتشابه لأنهم لم يقفوا على معناه ولم يعرفوا حقيقته فوضعوا له تأويلا من عند أنفسهم بآرائهم واستغنوا بذلك عن مسألة الأوصياء ونبذوا...
Nope. That is like saying عالَم Alam and Alim عالٍم mean the same, and both mean Scientist. Which is not correct. When you put a Fatha, it mean World. It does not mean.
There are people who pronounce Alam عالَم to mean a Scholar عالَم ديني but that is incorrect pronunciation.
So, according...
Your Arabic is not good if you think it means Final.
This word Khaatam appears only in One verse of the Quran.
so, you did not show elsewhere. Elsewhere is another word made from the same root. But it is not that same word as Khaatam.
Even the Muslim Scholars agree it mean, Signet Ring...
You can read the cotext the way you want. But you cannot prove it. Nowhere Baha'u'llah stated, "Khaatam" means last.
I already discussed that. This word, never, ever mean Last. I challenged if you can find only one Arabic sentence with word "Khaatam" as in the Last, and you could not. Does...
