    When And How?

You dropped "universe" from the equation. It is my understanding that existence is eternal. The universe...not so much. This is why you hear terms like one previously used in this thread; "the universe came into existence." Existence is the substrate on which the universe appears. The...

BATTERY POWERED VEHICLES.... YES or NO?

Nah. It's a Beetle. It could probably hold another 30 or so people if we could figure out where to put them.

    When And How?

Hopefully you’ll one day have the ability to remove the blinders.

48 people? This is all the space you need...

BATTERY POWERED VEHICLES.... YES or NO?

Electric vehicles are still not perfected (degradation of range in cold weather, disposal of batteries, etc.) but they are getting better. At this point, I prefer a fuel efficient petrol powered car.

    When And How?

*emphasis mine* Are you intentionally conflating 'knowledge' and 'wisdom?'

    When And How?

That's a shame. You might have actually learned something.

    When And How?

There is a third...and likely many more. Not everyone fits neatly into your two proposed boxes. I don't.

    When And How?

Wouldn't that contradict what you said in the OP?

    I Also Propose A Challenge

That's fair, and as another who was raised Roman Catholic, I largely agree. So I must ask, if you see no point to the initial challenge, what point do you see with this challenge? Or is the challenge itself your point?

    When And How?

    I belong to neither camp.

    I Propose A Challenge

I would guess it would depend on whether or not the one proposing the counter-challenge would be willing to accept @Jimmy's challenge. It appears to do otherwise would be a bit hypocritical.

    I Also Propose A Challenge

Did you accept the initial challenge? If not, are you willing to? Or to accept a similar challenge of any other religious view of your own choosing? If you're not, what is your motivation for the counter-challenge?

What Soup Have You Had Recently?

Millet is one of the lower carb grains.

What Soup Have You Had Recently?

Are you restricted on carbs? Is that the reason for the rice/pasta restriction? If that's the case, I find cashews to compliment lentils nicely.

What Soup Have You Had Recently?

AFAIK, lentils aren't a rice substitute. At least two of my daily meals contain lentils. The way I cook lentils, they essentially turn into a paste...a base for my rice dish or the thickening agent for my morning porridge.

What Soup Have You Had Recently?

I don't like the texture or the taste of tofu. My protein comes primarily from lentils and rice (which together create a complete protein), nuts, and cheeses.

What Soup Have You Had Recently?

Perhaps for some, but I'm not a fan of legumes bigger than lentils. It's a texture thing.

What Soup Have You Had Recently?

I might try the recipe without the meat.

I knew someone would beet me to it.
