Australia: Senator Lidia Thorpe escorted out of the Great Hall after disturbance at the end of King Charles's speech.

If she has a beef it is with the government. They are the only ones that can change the situation. Though in reality they are unlikely to do much att all. The better option is for her to be friendly towards the king and get him on her side. Then at least the questions will be looked at seriously.

    Parenting in the US

Aging populations and falling birth rates are the norm in most if not all industrialised countries. With Japan probably the worst hit. China with its vast population Is suffering much the same problem. With marriage rates falling even faster. It may well be some sort of natural reaction to an...

Can any here offer a solution to the middle east conflicts between Israel and Hamas/Hezbollah?

south and central America will inevitably become more devoted in the future. However the amazon region though large is not needed to achieve this. The USA has only developed the agricultural, oil and raw material aspects as cheap sources for its own industrial uses. In future you can expect...

    Sex and Catholicism

She clearly had a great need for the confessional. Sin needs religion and religion needs sin in equal measure. Then Both are sure to prosper.

    Sex and Catholicism

I would suppose that many like you have had temptations, but have had rather more selective outcomes. Some never could say no, so were sent to Madeline asylums or Laundries often for life. The fear of such a fate kept many on a very narrow path.

    Sex and Catholicism

Catholics are firstly people like any other. Their sexual appetites are the same. In my younger days the Catholic church had a firm grip on their flock and how they behaved. Today. It is as if no one is listening. Certainly few care about any rules. I remember when I lived in Spain in the 50's...

Can any here offer a solution to the middle east conflicts between Israel and Hamas/Hezbollah?

It is not so much that they are proxies. Jews are heavily involved in the American political and power system, and it's more a case of the tail wagging the dog. Americas policies on Israel and the middle east are effectively controlled by Israel. Through its American powerful nationals.

Can any here offer a solution to the middle east conflicts between Israel and Hamas/Hezbollah?

Why do you think that the USA has the right to rule the world slapping embargoes on other countries. It ruined the economy of Venezuela that way, because they could not let a communist country thrive in the Americas. Embargoes create far more world problems than they solve. The USA will find...

Can any here offer a solution to the middle east conflicts between Israel and Hamas/Hezbollah?

I do not agree with either of those statements. The kingdom of Jordan had been established some years before and was not part off the discussions on separation. 10 -7 was a terrorist incident, one of many by both sides.

Can any here offer a solution to the middle east conflicts between Israel and Hamas/Hezbollah?

I think your religious prejudice is showing. It takes two to tango Are not the Zionists just as much the problem. Both the Jews and the Palestinians have an equal right to life and a nation to call home. It was supposed to be a two state solution from the very beginning. It was never...

Can any here offer a solution to the middle east conflicts between Israel and Hamas/Hezbollah?

That was of course impossibly complex and equally impossible to describe in a few words. Nor was it in any way definitive as it was only terms of an armistice with the expectation of further negotiations and hopefully agreements on the details. These hopes were never fulfilled to the...

Can any here offer a solution to the middle east conflicts between Israel and Hamas/Hezbollah?

In all history up until 1948 they never did have settled borders. During the few occasions that they did govern themselves they were in constant conflict with their neighbours. Historical maps are available to show the various borders through time. Just as there are showing the growth of their...

Can any here offer a solution to the middle east conflicts between Israel and Hamas/Hezbollah?

The Jewish diaspora has lived pretty much everywhere since their defeat by the Romans. Their return to Palestine in any significant numbers occurred mostly in the twentieth century. It was only after WW2 that they became any thing like a majority in what is now Israel. Even now there are more...

Can any here offer a solution to the middle east conflicts between Israel and Hamas/Hezbollah?

Most people would accept Israel's own declared start date of 1948. As before that there were no accepted borders between the Palestinians and the Jews. Since then they have taken lands from the Palestinians on a regular basis. Jordan had become independent in 1946.

Because they have been living there continuosly, since before some of it was granted to the Jews by the league of nations. Long before the state of Israel existed. Prior to that there had been no Jewish state since it's destruction and disbandment by the Roman empire. if the bible stories are...

Can any here offer a solution to the middle east conflicts between Israel and Hamas/Hezbollah?

Why should any other nation donate their land. When the Palestinians already have every right to the land they occupy and the land stolen from them by the Israelis. That land should be returned to them. They are neither asking for nor have any clam to Egyptian or Jordanian sovereign land. I do...

Can any here offer a solution to the middle east conflicts between Israel and Hamas/Hezbollah?

Yes Stop pouring fuel on the fire. Stop funding Stop supplying arms Support a two state solution. Return the stolen settlement lands to Palestinian control. Return to 1947 borders. In return Establish a border force with teeth, that will immediately counter attacks by either side.

    Another Trump thread!

I thought that the Chinese acted as well as could be expected in line with the American inspired and funded riots. There were remarkably few injuries and the riots faded to nothing as soon as the funding ceased.
