    The "conspiracy"/isolated "madman" aesthetic in these memes makes them hilarious to me. As with all things I am late for this meme and only discovered them through some friends and we ended up making similar sorts of jokes about other things. Second video makes the meme more clear.

    I don't know (haven't looked into it in great detail) but I doubt in the example you gave (sex that isn't rape without marriage, and that act only) I would for the general population at least. Can't think of any good reason to do so, not all sins should be crimes to me.
