Why was God's name removed from most bibles?

Replacing His name with a completely different word with a different meaning is removing it. If you had oranges on the table and i took them away with and put apples in their place.... the oranges have been removed If its Gods divine name and HE had it written down where is the command to...

What does God want from you?

Thats one way to see it. Imagine standing in a current of a river or standing in the waves at the beach. These forces keep flowing without let up. So too, we can have those things if we obey.

If Christ wasn't the messiah, what was he?

Actually Jesus never claimed to be God. He claimed to be Gods Son but the pharisees twited his words. Jesus replied to them: “I displayed to you many fine works from the Father. For which of those works are you stoning me?” The Jews answered him: “We are stoning you, not for a fine work, but...

If Christ wasn't the messiah, what was he?

He oes bring those things about. Jesus was specific on that only God knew when those things would come to fruition....Mt 24:36 “Concerning that day and hour nobody knows, neither the angels of the heavens nor the Son, but only the Father." One of the things that needed to take place was...

Did you know the English rendering of "hell" in the bible created a false teaching from its original languages?

Yes, it is only a problem if you dont know; thats why i shared it. Sheohl and Hades are of the same meaning, yes. But Gehenna and tartarus are NOT and thats the point- using hell as a blanket for 3 different meanings is what causes the bad translation and worse a false teaching.

What does God want from you?

You said there is nothing we can offer God. We can offer love. If God just created love it wouldnt really be love would it? Love needs to be a choice otherwise we would basically be robots programmed to do a thing called love. How muxh love would you feel if you forced others to love you...

Did you know the English rendering of "hell" in the bible created a false teaching from its original languages?

Hebrew(Old Testament) 1"Sheohl" the correct translation would be grave, pit Greek(New Testament) 2"Hades" same as "sheohl" meaning grave, pit 3"Tartarus" meaning a holding place(prison) for rebellious angels(demons) awaiting judgement 4"Gehenna" Greek transliteration of the Hebrew term "Valley...

If Christ wasn't the messiah, what was he?

Christ means Messiah so your question doesn't make sense. The sword Christ was bringing wasn't the literal sword, he was here for peace. Its those that didnt believe him that didnt have it. He even said "However, I say to you: Continue to love your enemies and to pray for those who persecute...

WHERE IS THE SCRIPTURE THAT SAYS GOD'S 4th COMMANDMENT IS ABOLISHED?

The Hebrew scriptures were finished writing several hundred years before Jesus was born. The law for the Sabbath(which were several Sabbaths- not just a weekly one) was directed to the Israelites- who agreed to carry it out. Christians were never under such an agreement. Christians are taught "...

Why was God's name removed from most bibles?

Many bible translations with a preface will admit that it has been replaced. How many times? Come to find out God's name has been removed over 7,000 times per bible! There is a proper name for God in Hebrew which is "Yhwh." There is a word in Hebrew which means "lord" and it is "Adonay"-or a...

Christians: am I saved? (eternal salvation)

Jesus said "the one who has endured to the end will be saved."-Mt 24:13 Paul said, "For as regards those who were once enlightened and who have tasted the heavenly free gift and who have become partakers of holy spirit and who have tasted the fine word of God and powers of the coming system of...
