    7 Stone was my normal for my 5 foot 4" ..... until i lost my olfactory buds in a car accident, now appetite is gone, as is most of the muscle and i struggle to maintain 34kg

    Leo it is very basic and simple, all written in Torah ... Sabbath and Kosher laws are clear and simple to read ... so it is choice to not keep them
