Can someone explain the Trinity please...

And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was. Another math equation. Glory=Glory If Jesus was just human, he would be a graven image in asking for glory.

Can someone explain the Trinity please...

The scriptures are clear, unless you use your own biased one. What I'm saying is: the man called Jesus good teacher. Jesus replies no one is good except God. Good=God in that scenario. Oh boy, another math word problem for you to solve. Good plus Teacher=God Teacher. Jesus is the God Teacher...

Can someone explain the Trinity please...

Let's use the bible that you used prior to having to write the NWT to match your doctrine. Jesus doesn't have to seize, grasp, or steal what he already has. Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: 6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God...

Can someone explain the Trinity please...

And that's your unsupported opinion. In any event, Peter did appoint those men to head the church in Antioch and I doubt that he would appoint some one that did not hold the correct theology. Just like you wouldn't appoint a non-JW to head your assembly as an elder or to your governing body.

Can someone explain the Trinity please...

Didn't you ever wonder why he makes the distinction, my God and your God? Why not to our God? What Jesus has by NATURE, we get by adoption. That's the difference. Being begotten by the Father in the eternal now, Jesus has, in a sense, a God, a father. Being begotten by THAT Father/God, he is...

BTW, Ignatius was a disciple/student of John the Apostle. Where do you think he learned his theology? He was appointed the third bishop of Antioch by either Peter the Apostle or Peter's successor. Would they appoint some one to such an important church, if that person did not hold their beliefs?

Can someone explain the Trinity please...

And you know this for sure? Stop pulling rabbits out of hats. Those guys were early Church fathers and held those beliefs. So they're all wrong and you're right?.

Can someone explain the Trinity please...

The Way means more than it appears to be. Jesus is saying, I am the Halacha/LAW, the truth and the life. Origin of HALACHA Hebrew halākhāh, literally, way Who is the author of the Law/Halacha/Way? God

Can someone explain the Trinity please...

If the Old testament was sufficient, there would be no need for Jesus and the New Testament. But we have a New Testament, don't we?. Anyway, it was believed Jesus was God long before Nicaea and Constantine 1. Ignatius of Antioch (c. 50–117): For our God, Jesus the Christ, was conceived by Mary...

So being a servant/butler/maid makes you less than human? You lose your "equality" by taking that job? Give it a rest.

Can someone explain the Trinity please...

324AD? Ah, no. If you believe that Constantine had anything to do with early Christian belief that Jesus was God, you're mistaken.

Can someone explain the Trinity please...

Only because he does the will of the father and not his own.

Can someone explain the Trinity please...

That only applies to your custom written NWT bible that nobody else uses.

Can someone explain the Trinity please...

Still can't balance an equation? Good=Good Good teacher=Good Shepherd. "Only God is good"

    Was Jesus born on Christmas?

"To Fade Or Not To Fade? Before you seriously consider fading, there are a several issues to look at first. Think about other Witnesses in your congregation who have "disappeared" from the ranks. How did the congregation react? How many of them left the Watchtower Society without being...

    Was Jesus born on Christmas?

The truth is neither degrading nor offensive

    Was Jesus born on Christmas?

Nah, I just like your fancy language: apostates, opposers and faders.

    Was Jesus born on Christmas?

So why are you here, risking being disfellowshipped if found out by the faithful and discreet slave?

    Was Jesus born on Christmas?

I often wonder why Jehovah needs 144,000 Jehovah's Witnesses to help him rule from heaven. I can only assume that JW Jehovah is not omnipotent since he needs help? Actually, they're not even supposed to be on the internet. Especially conversing with we apostates, faders and opposers.

    Was Jesus born on Christmas?

More JW garbage. BTW, quoting what you consider an apostate Trinitarian to support your view is funny. Do you believe everything else in that essay? Please quote the man correctly. It seems the governing body likes to deceive its members. When are you going to wake up to the deception...
