This assumes that women dress to impress men.
What if they don't?
Women don't have to do much of anything to attract a man.
I mean, just think of the nastiest, drug addicted, disease ridden prostitute you could possibly think of... and then realize there is no shortage of men willing to pay her...
Sure it does. In a "loser pay" system whoever has the most money wins.
All they have to do is drag it on until the other party can't pay any more to defend/prosecute.
That IS a good idea.
Frivolous lawsuits are a stain on the justice system, but I don't like the idea of loser pays all costs and fees to discourage them.
I don't want actual victims dissuaded from filing legitimate lawsuits because there's a chance they might lose.
I like the idea of plaintiffs...
You would have a faster response time if you packed a lunch and ate in your car, THEN you wouldn't need to rationalize breaking the law. Problem solved.
Horribly inefficient.
It would be better to just take the energy required to supply that amount of compressed air and use it to power the car instead of the compressor.
I doubt there are many people that remember being taught a non-heliocentric model. At least in the west, we have known the planets revolve around the Sun for a few hundred years.

I don't get the question.
Do you mean, like if they win the popular vote in all 50 states and still lose the election?
Then yes, something is definitely wrong there.
Yes, I think we should.
I think a recount should be automatic for all states for a number of reasons, one of which is if the popular vote winner isn't the election winner.
