I don't think Jesus would support the religious extremists who bomb abortion clinics and use his name to justify it. Likewise, I don't think Muhammad would be pleased with those who use his name to justify similar acts of violence. So the threat doesn't really have anything to do with religious...
Practicing yoga may detoxify the body, increase flexibility, tone muscles, and may eventually lead to eating healthy foods. All of which are detrimental to those who prefer their faith southern fried :rolleyes:.
He probably was educated (I believe education at that time involved but was not limited to a lot of studying Torah scriptures). He was the son of a carpenter though, so I'm not sure how he was so well-versed on scripture.
I have no idea why he chose to not personally record his teachings...
