While I agree that Hollywood has gone "remake happy", I have to admit, I cannot wait for this to be released.

The Omen movies are by far, the best horror flicks out there. Yeah, it's scary to see a dude come at you wearing a hockey mask, carrying a chain saw. But NOTHING beats the Omen. Especially since it's based on (and quotes) actual scripture. Just gives you the feeling that this could really happen.

I horror flick that makes you think and creeps you out for weeks after the movie. Gotta love it!

I concur! Too many so-called scary movies consist of predictable blood, guts, and gore and scenes where you know when the next 'bogeyman' is going to jump out and 'get' the next victim. That usually happens right after they split up.

This is one my wife & I may actually go to the theatre to see.

I'll still rent it though.

I didn't care for The Omen that much. Halloween is really the only horror movie I've ever liked.
