The universe is infinite. To me that's the greatest and most powerful thing in the world. Yep. It is God to me.

Seeing this "infinite Universe" humbles me

Seeing the perfection in elephants, cats, mice, ants, (corona) viruses, electrons makes me wonder how great "God" must be, and how infinitesimal I am

How are they perfect?
They're works in progress, like any other creatures.

Nothing my eye, Something for sure
Something of existence is infinite in all directions. Otherwise you would end up with non existence somewhere. To me non existence is an impossibility after there is existence. So something always was and will always be otherwise nothing exists.

Likewise the product of being alive with the ability to reason, remember and act out intentions is no small miracle. Although we exist in a vast empty void mostly devoid of life, existence can be about something semantic. I say it must be that existence is about something. Life from non life is an assumption because of limited sense perception. In my view life can only come from life. That's because life is put together coherently the right way. How fortunate! Taking life's attributes as ho hum for granted is a mistake. No one can explain the attributes of life in a purely physical sense; that is a category error.

So something of a junkyard God or Gods in a foundational reality containing consciousness/souls is not out of the question.

No worries, I do understand what you are trying to say, except the Universe is bigger than the world so I am not sure saying the universe is the biggest thing in the world actually makes sense

According to scientists it might be finite hahahhaa
But you claim otherwise "hahahhaa" [sic]. Let's hope that it's simply a case of WCC (waxing crescent confusion), in which case we can reasonably dismiss it as no more than a passing phase.

You don't see this perfection in Creation?
Creation is a roiling imperfection, constantly changing. Perfection woold be more stable.

You don't see the needless complexity, design errors and inefficiencies in nature?

Perfection would be:
"not spiraling out of control, while lots of freedom is given"

This applies to Creation

No, I don't see the needless complexity and inefficiencies in nature...

I do see the wondrous beauty though, each even quite unique, don't you?

Bottomline:

To say "I see needless complexity" implies I would have the full picture of the Universe, and therefore I am able to judge "this or that is needless"
