Can only expect this from your news come true:

US secretary of state John Kerry vowed Saturday that Washington would do "everything possible" to help Nigeria deal with Boko Haram militants and bring the children home.

Kidnapping is common in India too but more for ransom and their i srampant exploitation of girls from poor families taken away with assurances of job and placed in the flesh trade. Nothing much is observed by way of removal of such ills in society.

Apparently some of the girls have been transported across the border into Chad and Cameroon.
