9th Circuit Court Says If You Smoke Marijuana You Can Not Buy A Firearm

Well this is good, because both Oregon and Washington State, which are in the jurisdiction of the Ninth Circuit Court, have legalized pot. Question is, is the court going to recognize the legality of pot in these states or hold to federal law?

Debauchery! Violence! Murder! Suicide! and Hopeless Insanity! !
