A Christian

A Christian is one who is a follower of Jesus Christ our Lord and God.

(1 John 2:6) “But if anyone obeys his word, God’s love is truly made complete in him. This is how we know we are in him: Whoever claims to live in him must walk as Jesus did”

A Christian has been baptized with water, in the name of Jesus Christ.

(Acts 2:38-39) “You must repent, Peter answered and every one of you must be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. The promise that was made is for you and your children, and for all those who are far away, for all those whom the Lord our God is calling to himself.”

After one is baptized with water then they will be given the Holy Spirit to teach, and give one the grace to walk as Jesus walked.

To receive the Holy Spirit one in most circumstances needs to have an apostle to lay hands on him or her.

(Acts 8:14-17) “When the apostles in Jerusalem heard that Samaria had accepted the word of God, they sent Peter and John to them, and they went down there and prayed for them to receive the Holy Spirit, for as yet he had not come down on any of them: they had only been baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. Then they laid hands on them, and they received the Holy Spirit.”

Once a person has been taught, and given the grace, by the Holy Spirit to live the Commandments of God, they become Spiritual Christians.

(1 John 2: 27) “But you have not lost the anointing that he gave you, and you do not need anyone to teach you; the anointing he gave teaches you everything: you are anointed with truth, not with a lie, and as it has taught you, so you must stay in him.”

A Spiritual Christian is one who is a temple of God.

(John 14: 23) “Anyone who loves me will keep my word and my Father will love him, and we shall come to him and make a home in him.”

Jesus told us he would show himself to those that kept his commandments, and he loved.

(John 14:21) “Anybody who receives my commandments and keeps them will be one who loves me; and anybody who loves me will be loved by My Father, and I shall love him and show myself to him.”

A Christian loves, and is a loving person, as Jesus was. A Christian is able to be an obedient child of God because it is a gift and fruit of the Holy Spirit.

(Galatians 5:22-25) “On the other hand the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, trustfulness, gentleness and self-control; no law can touch such things as these. All who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified self with all its passions and its desires. Since we are living by the Spirit, let our behavior be guided by the Spirit and let us not be conceited or provocative and envious of one another.”

Personally Jesus has told me he is God, and the Christian bible is his written Word.

I have seen Jesus, and he has called me out by name.

Yes, Jesus is God. Yes, the Christian Bible is His written word, with changes by man.

You claim that you “have seen Jesus, and he has called you out by name”. How does He look like? What are your proofs that He has called you?

I first saw Jesus only in visions, and only once did I even look at his face. That time all I noticed was the big smile he was giving me.

When Jesus came to me not in a vision, again all I saw was his big smile. Jesus was telling me that he had a place prepared for me that was much greater than the beautiful house that I was staying in at the time.

Prove to you that I saw and have heard Jesus, no I can’t do that which is impossible.

Jesus told us he would calls his own out by name, and he would show himself to those who obey and live God’s Commandments.

(John 10:1-5)"I tell you the truth, the man who does not enter the sheep pen by the gate, but climbs in by some other way, is a thief and a robber. The man who enters by the gate is the shepherd of his sheep. The watchman opens the gate for him, and the sheep listen to his voice. He calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. When he has brought out all his own, he goes on ahead of them, and his sheep follow him because they know his voice. But they will never follow a stranger; in fact, they will run away from him because they do not recognize a stranger's voice."

(John 14:21) “Anybody who receives my commandments and keeps them will be one who loves me; and anybody who loves me will be loved by My Father, and I shall love him and show myself to him.”

My witness is just an acclamation letting people know that what Jesus said, and is written in the bible, is true.

You say that it is Jesus that you hear. Why is it impossible for you to record what he says? Is it because he just whispers for you alone can hear him?

Jesus has spoken to me audibly only two times.

There is no way to explain how Jesus communicates with me now. Even if I could explain it would not mean that is how God would communicate with you.

After so many years of Jesus being with me, it has become as if his thoughts are my thoughts. Paul described this as having the mind of Christ.

(1 Corinthians 2:16) “For: who has ever known the mind of the Lord? Who has ever been his adviser? But we are those who have the mind of Christ.”

The first year or so that I was in God’s ministry, Jesus communicated with me in a number of different ways.

One of the ways was very special, because it help fortify my wife’s, and my marriage.

I would have a question of Jesus, and would receive a tongue. My wife who had the gift of interpretation of tongues would understand my question, which she received from the tongue. Jesus would then give my wife the answer to my question.

That went on for a year when Jesus told me to stop. Jesus told me that I was to pray to be sensitive to his touch, and word all day long.

My wife and I were waiting for after the children were in bed, and we could be alone to talk to Jesus. Jesus wanted me to listening to him all day long.

You say that Jesus talked to you audibly twice only. Will you please ask him when Jesus Christ was born and when Jesus died? Thank you.

No! If Jesus thought it was important for us to know those details, then he would have made sure the Holy Spirit would have had it placed in the bible.

Jesus once audible told me to stop trying to figure him out, and just follow him.

All one needs to do is give his or her life to Jesus, and then let go. Jesus will take over and have him or her do what he has for them to do.

I pray that God’s will to be my will forever and ever.

Jesus gave us the Lord’s Prayer, and it has us pray for God’s Will to be done here on earth as it is in heaven. So all one needs is for God’s Will to be done in his or her life, and then there is nothing else one needs to know.

I think the issue I'm having, Johnlove, is you keep citing your personal experiences with Christ. I've had them as well, but I trust people more when I know they rely on the scriptures more per Peter's warning that:

"Above all, you must understand that no prophecy of Scripture came about by the prophet's own interpretation of things." - 2 Peter 1:20

Are you getting your doctrine from the Bible or from what Jesus told you in person?
