A Lost Puppy

Druidus

Keeper of the Grove
We just found a little lost puppy on the steps of our house. He's very small, but definately a male. Our dog seems to be getting along well. They're playing, despite my dog grossly oversizing the little one, although the little one seems to mostly be trying to mate with mine. We don't know what to do, as the tag only gives the dog's registration number, and not his house number or phone number. The pound charges a hefty fine, and some people just can't afford it...

Odd that you can't find the dog's phone number. You might just check his pockets to see if he has a cell phone. :D

There should be some type of registry (the pound should know about it) for the registration number on the tag. That registry should have all the info you need.

Good luck,
TVOR

Ain't my dog , but I'll ask around . ;)

How about putting a ad in Lost and Found ? Most pounds don't bother going to the extreme of fining people unless they catch the dog or have complaints .
