A pre-emptive apology

Breathe

I've just recently gone on medication.

On the plus side, they work.

In addition to other side effects (extended sleeping (I slept 12 hours last night  Thank God it was a Sunday), potential swelling of the feet, and an increased appetite), one of the side effects relevant here is a noticeable temper and irritability.

So, apologies if I suddenly become even meaner jerk than usual. I'll try not to be mean, but it's surprisingly hard.

As someone who can be kinda jerky himself, without any medication, and who could use some of his own medicine, I'll pre-emptively invite you to take it out on me. Or, if it just randomly happens, I'll pre-emptively tell you that no apology is necessary (though if it helps I'll pre-emptively accept it of course).

Also, get better if that applies, and keep your chin up :)

Thanks. :D

The swelling of the feet is one that scares me, since my neighbour has an illness that causes swollen feet and they look scary, and I walk everywhere. :D

Brilliant! I wish I'd thought of the excuse..."It's not my fault! It's the meds!".

Considering how polite and civil you are most of the time, Odion, I imagine you being irritable will just make you a little more like the rest of us. *laughs*

This is a perfect opportunity to do some tantra. Or even just one ( a tantrum ;) )
