Here is the scenario: It’s November 2022 (just next year). The Republicans regain control of both the House and Senate...
Donald Trump decided to run for, and won, a seat as a member of the House of Representatives from a solidly Republican District.

If Trump became Speaker of the House, Biden and Harris would be simultaneously assassinated and Trump would once again be President. He would then immediately select Ivanka to be his Vice President.

He would then pressure the Governor of the state that elected him to replace his vacant seat with Donald Jr.
He would then force a vote in The House to appoint Donald Jr. as Speaker.

This way his regime continues even if he, or he and Ivanka, get knocked off.
