A UK RF meetup ?

I will be in London in early November, for a couple of weeks. I know almost no-one there, so was thinking of a meeting of RFers who live in the UK.

The dinner party will be on me (not sure where yet) and I will pay up to 100 euros each for your travel costs to get to London.

I'm interested but live 200 miles north of London. Happy to contribute/pay my share, If I'm available but I may be even further north in Scotland.
When you have a definite date, I'll confirm or otherwise.

I based my 100 euro limit (I am blessed, so flexible) on the cost of fuel if driving from Edinburgh to London (relying on ChatGPT lol) or taking the rail. I hope you can make it!

I am reliably informed, by someone who knows from personal experience, that the cops in LA address you as ‘Sir’ when threatening to shoot you. That’s the epitome of politeness in my book.

Ps. I have an over 60s travel pass and I live in London btw, so it won’t even cost a bus fare for me to join you.
