I don't know what's up with me, but all of this seems just infuriating and a waste of time. Maybe I'm tired with philosophy in a world where it counts for nothing, maybe I'm tired of free thought in a world where that equates to closed minded materialism, maybe I'm just sick of ignorance. Maybe it's everyone else, maybe it's me, maybe both. Maybe reddit killed my soul. Whatever it is I need a break before I get banned from the sites I love or burn bridges that shouldn't be burned. Maybe I'll be back tomorrow, maybe you'll never hear from me again, either way I wish you all the best!

LOL. I have had similar feeling but I haven't posted them because......I might change my mind. But I know how you feel.
THIS site is good for blocking ridiculous insults. So this is the only place I post usually. I have been on other forums and one in particular slaughtered me. I am resurrected.

Totally know how you feel. Been there many times. Just take the break, and come back fresh and renewed. :)

Nothing wrong with taking a break and gathering your thoughts. I hope that you do choose to come back; I love reading your insights. =)

It's definitely you.
Take a nice rest doing something else....real world type stuff.
You'll feel better when you return.
And when you do, I'll bring pie.

Truthfully, living life offline will bring you greater joy than spending it online. I enjoy it here very much, but to spend so much time here that you are becoming depressed, or feeling upset...it's not worth it. I've been hurt by a few on here, and they are no longer my 'friends,' (even if they continually tell me they are my friends) and most likely never were. I think that a break is definitely a good thing to do for one's self.
