Also, the rider carries a bow; Jesus' weapon is the sword.

The rider is more likely the antichrist, loosed at the beginning of the Tribulation period, with Jesus coming at its end. The white horse thus represents the appearance of righteousness of the antichrist--who appears as a political savior and becomes a world leader.

Life is precious and though it be bad sometimes it is from God and therefore, righteous. I like the pestilence theory because it matches the other horses better.

Someone who wants to appear righteous but isn't. The United Nations uses all white vehicles. White tanks etc. It's bizarre really, but the UN wants to appear like the good guys. I'm not buying it. Although I'm not saying the UN is the white horse of Revelation either.

You might want to reread the testimony of Yeshua and Revelation. Revelation was written during the period of the 6th head of the beast, the one that is (Rev 17:10). As part of the followers of the beast of Daniel 7:25 & Rev 13:11, your church of Constantine, has been wearing down the saints for the last 1700 years.

The “tribulation” for the saints has been on going on for millennium, and started for the followers of Yeshua with Peter denying him (Mt 26:31-33 & Mt 24:9-10) & (Zech 13:7). One of the main persecutors was your false prophet Paul. You are confusing the “tribulation” with the “great tribulation”. The “great tribulation” starts with Revelation 6:12, and remains behind the door (Mt 24:33). Don’t fret, it will all be more apparent as events unfold. Things may not go well for you, but that is how the ball bounces.

Just as the White horse means clean and righteous, Here, Revelation 6:2 and at Revelation 19:11, the White Horse means that it is Righteous warfare that Jesus carries out. Jesus, and the ones with him are wearing bright clean white, fine linen and also, like Jesus, on white horses Scriptures Revelation 19:11 to 21, is another picture of Armageddon.
Another interesting point here is Jesus has a sharp sword protruding from his mouth, used to strike the nations. Earlier Jesus had told his disciples, when Peter had drawn his sword to protect Jesus, that everyone who takes up the sword will die by the sword. This seems to indicate that all who take up the sword, in warfare will, either be killed in that war, or if they live, and do not repent, they will be killed by the sword from Jesus’ mouth, at Armageddon. This seems to mean that No war started by men is a righteous war!
