All of us hav had question on the tale of Adam and Eve sin recorded in the bible.
While majorityburied their questions in their heart,few were bold to ask question. The answers recieved created more questions than answers.

I would be happy to answer these questions for you as best i can.
1. The language of Adam and Eve is the original language of mankind... it is Hebrew. We know this because the bible says that the faithful man Noah and his son Shem continued to be faithful to God after the flood event when the language of mankind was divided. The tower of babel incident reports that all who rebelled were given new languages.
Shems family line were not involved in the incident at Babel and his family brought forth Abraham who spoke the Hebrew language.
2/3/4. God created the tree. It was one of many trees in the garden of Eden. The law was imposed on that tree as a way for man to demonstrate his obedience to God. Without that law, Adam would have had no choice but to obey God in all things. The tree made it possible for Adam to exercise his free will which is why it was made within his reach.

The devil was not always bad. He was a holy angel who had been given the responsibility to care for the garden and its occupants.
Ezekiel 28:13

WHERE WAS GOD WHILE DEVIL TEMTED MAN. BUSY? THAT HE COULDNT HEAR THE CONERSATION OR WATCHING WITHOUT INTERFERING
God was in heaven where he resides. He would have seen what occurred, but because he had given man a conscience, he knew it was not beyond the mans ability to make the right choice and reject the serpents test.

EDEN SHOULD BE A PERFECT GARDEN OF HAPPINESS.WHY DID GOD PUT FORBIDDEN FRUIT IN A PERFECT GARDEN
perfection, according to Gods purpose, would require that a man created in Gods image should have the ability to live with free will. If he could not do that, then the creation of the man would not have reflected Gods 'image' very well. So really, that one law on the tree gave man the opportunity to have freewill.

WAS THE DEVIL TOTALLY LYING OR SPEAKING SOME TRUTH ?
He was totally lying. He told the woman that she would not die if she ate from the tree. She died.
He told the woman she would be like God. She did not become like God, rather she became alienated from God and when they died they returned to dust.

EVE ATE THE FRUIT,SHE DIDNT REALISE SHE WAS NAKED INSTANTLY, UNTIL ADAM HAD EATING THE FOOD B4 BOTH AUTOMATICALLY BECAME NAKED...HOW POSSIBLE?
When Adam sinned, he began to look at his wife differently. There was now a shame in her nakedness and it was because of his 'impure' thoughts towards her.
Sexuality has become corrupted (just look at how men indulge in vile pornography). The man corrupted his own sexuality and that of his wife which is why God kindly covered them in long garments.

CLOTHING CAME AFTER SIN, SO WE SHOULD ALL BE NAKED THE MOMEN WE CONFES OUR SINS
When sexuality is no longer corrupted we can walk around naked. Sin is not sex... it is the falling away from Gods perfect standards. The sexual organs are for reproduction...but in our imperfection, we use them for pleasure and that affects our God given conscience which is why we feel the need to cover ourselves.
This is why a group of men can be naked together and not feel shame, and likewise a group of women. We are not ashamed of our nakedness among a group of people who are not looking at us in a 'sexualised' way.

Y DID GOD ASK ADAM AND EVE QUESTIONS AS IF HE DIDNT KNOW THE ANSWER
He knew the answer, but its just as when you catch your child doing something wrong and you ask them what they have done.
We do that because we want them to comprehend the seriousness of what they have done and take responsibility for it.
Unfortunately, Adam and Eve did not take responsibility. Adam blamed his wife and Eve blamed the serpent.
And we still blame someone else when things go wrong even today. :yes:

GOD SEES THE FUTURE..HE MUST HAVE KNOWN THEY WOULD SIN, YET HE PUNNISHED THEM FOR SINNING
No, he doesnt look into the future in that way. He knows the future that he plans out, but he doesnt plan out the lives of his creations.

GOD PUNNISHED WEAK EVE,VULNURABLE ADAM AND HELPLESS SNAKE WHILE DEVIL WAS LEFT UNPUNNISHED-FAIR?
The devil is the snake. Satan the Devil used a snake as his disguise just as a vantriliquist uses a dummy and speaks through the dummy.
But he will be destroyed in due time:

Certainly God did not refrain from punishing the angels who sinned, but threw them into Tar′ta·rus, putting them in chains of dense darkness to be reserved for judgment.

And the angels who did not keep their original position but forsook their own proper dwelling place, he has reserved with eternal bonds in dense darkness for the judgment of the great day

ADAM UNBORN CHILDREN ALSO PUNNISHED-FAIR?
We are not punished. We are living in the consequences of sin, yes, but God is not punishing us.
Rather, he has put a plan in place to save us from this condition.

IF ADAM AND EVE HADNT SINNED, THERE WOULD BE NO STORY, NO BIBLE,....WAS ..ADAM AND EVE SIN PREPLANNED?
We would still be living in an earthly paradise and Adam and Eve would still be with us. We would not need the bible and there would be no need for religion because all of us would be with God rather then alienated from him. We would all know God and he would walk among us...we would not need to have teachers telling us who God is and what he wants because God himself would be our teacher and guide.
And that is what will happen in the near future when God restores all things to the way he had purposed them to be:
Revelation 21:3 
With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them. 4 And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. WAS GOD PARTIALLY OR INDIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SIN OF ADAM
No. God had told the man which path to take.... 'DONT' eat from the tree is a pretty good direction to follow. And they knew exactly what to do because when questioned by the serpent, Eve said
"God has said you must not touch it that you do not die"
So they alone are responsible for their actions. They chose the wrong pill knowing what the consequences would be.

SHOULD IT BE TAKEN LITERALLY OR AS DOES IT HAVE ANOTHER MEANING?? DOES THE FRUIT ACTUALLY SYMBOLIZE SOMETHING ELSE?
It was witnessed by all those in the heavens and the knowledge was also passed from parents to children in the same way family histories are passed on even today.
Adam would have surely told his sons about what had happened. His children would have seen the angels guarding the entrance to Eden, they would have watched as their parents had a hard life outside in the wilderness and they would have seen how those angels remained loyal to God.
I believe the story of Adam and Eve is 100% true. We can see how their actions have affected us.
Sexuality is terribly perverted in our world.
Relationships between hubands and wives is very difficult. Man dominates women and women have many problems with childbirth as God said would happen.
It is a literal history of mankinds beginning.
