For me, I appreciate when someone communicates in a way that's respectful or in a way that sets their pre-conceived notions to the side for the sake of conversation in good faith - even when there are disagreements or vastly different world views.

Someone who's willing to speak up when they disagree with a moral statement rather than just nodding their head. For example, someone speaking against a racist statement from a friend.

I admire empathy and compassion. I have great respect for people who have a heart for serving others, especially the less fortunate.

Authenticity. I.e. being true to themselves, consistent in their actions. Being authentic requires having a well thought through moral compass and mostly contradiction free philosophy.
