Afterlife

I honestly don't know. As for hunches, if we're assuming the afterlife to be made by the same entity which created the universe we currently live in, operating according to the same laws of nature, then it may not necessarily be some sort of "paradise" as some might expect (or "hell" either).
I believe that the afterlife is a continuation of the life we have in this world. I believe that when we die physically we will cross over to another world where our soul will express itself through a spiritual body, instead of through the physical body we have now.

I believe that the afterlife (which I refer to as the next world) was created by the same entity (God) who created the universe we currently live in, but I do not believe that the next world operates according to the same laws of nature as this world, since I don't believe it is a physical world. I believe it is a spiritual world comprised of spiritual elements, although I have no idea what those will be like.

I do not believe that the afterlife will necessarily be some sort of "paradise" or "hell" either. I believe that the condition of our soul will depend upon the kind of life we conducted in here and the person we became, and that there are various levels or spheres of existence, from lower to higher, not only a heaven or a hell.

Thats faith, not evidenced reality
It may well be reality.
The fact that it is believed on faith has no bearing upon whether or not it is reality.

Reality:
  • the world or the state of things as they actually exist, as opposed to an idealistic or notional idea of them.
  • the state or quality of having existence or substance.
reality means - Google Search

How do you think we could have evidence for a world that lies beyond this world?

Thanks.

As I said, you are welcome to your belief, until there is evidence i am confident in my belief.

I'm not that well up on Hinduism but from what i understand it's splitting the entire physical body into three.
Not really. The gross body is the physical body. The two others are not the physical body; they are not comprised of atoms...things like thoughts, emotions, memory, knowledge, the senses, etc. The subtle body is evidence based. It could be argued, however, that the causal body is faith based, but for those who have experienced it and are constantly aware of it, it's really not.

The subtle body appears the be the mind, its chemical reactions and nervous system.

People experience faith all the time, it's still faith.

I believe that there is sufficient evidence in genuine psychic mediumship like mine. I have nearly forty-five years of personal encounters to draw from. I also believe that the evidence that I and other paranormal investigators record when investigating a haunting provides sufficient proof of an afterlife.

Yes, it is an opinion.
In my opinion, you will be very surprised when you die and are not dead.

In my opinion, the surprise and shock at the end explains why there are so many earthbound human spirits. I understand that it is very upsetting to them.
