I am curious about Hindu altars and I was wondering if there are any Hindus/followers of Sanatana Dharma who have altars they would like to post a picture of on this thread...
I bet that cost a bundle!sure here's mine.
sure here's mine.
i really hope someone else posts their's
I am currently putting up my alter to Shiva. When I am finished with it, I will post it. Ill warn you though, its not going to be very nice at all. It will be very simple. My dad has a large printer, its really a plotter, and he printed out a Large Shiva Picture that is around 3 feet by 2 feet. So its pretty big. But the bad thing is, its in black and white. My dad's plotter ran out of color ink that day. Oh, well. I really do like it though, its very simple and somthing that I enjoy to look at. Its still in the beginning state and when I find that it is complete, I will surely post it!
Very cool! Definitely post it when you're done. It will be nice because it's made by you out of devotion. That is what makes the alter a special and beautiful place because it's an act of love. That must be an awesome photo of Lord Shiva.
Aum Hari Aum!
Thank you. Im really growing to love the little alter I have here is the picture of Shiva that I am useing, remember though that mine is in black and white.
I think this drawing is absolutly beautiful!
Under Shiva I have Picutures of my Favorite saints who are: Bhagawan Nityananda, Ramana Maharshi, and Anandamayi Ma.
sure here's mine.
You should love it Remember it's the special place where you and Bhagavan meet regularly. It doesn't matter what color the images are as long as it sings to your heart.
Please post a photo would love to see it!
