Peace be upon you.
Peace be on you. To attain morals is among the basics of all religions. According to Ahmadiyya Muslim Understanding of morals, there are three kinds of progressive moral states in human.
1-The raw state: when one follows all desires of raw-self (untammed) without thinking much.
2-The remorseful state: In this advanced state, one tries to control their emotions and morals start. Sometime one falls back and that makes one feel remorseful but one continues struggle.
3-The peaceful state: In this most advanced state, one finds full satisfaction in following commadments of God and the person has full peace with God and people.

This a path of struggle. If one has more knowledge about working of self and people and society, one can do better in endeavor of getting true morals. The following research gives information about human behaviour, which can be used in positive ways. For example, one can be at more guard at certain times. Here it is for the interested reader.

LINK=Moral in the Morning, but Dishonest in the Afternoon
Oct. 30, 2013 — Our ability to exhibit self-control to avoid cheating or lying is significantly reduced over the course of a day, making us more likely to be dishonest in the afternoon than in the morning, according to findings published in Psychological Science, a journal of the Association for Psychological Science.

Thanks.

Good post about morals & stages & the struggle & interesting link thank you.
I wonder if the researcher in the link came to her conclusions & wrote her paper in the morning or the afternoon ... it may be less than honest if written later in the day according to the researcher's own findings :)
I wonder if people really are less moral as the day wears on, or if they may be tired & thus more prone to careless oversights? The research doesn't seem to take some possibilities into consideration. I'm a morning person & tire as the day wears on, so I work slower in the afternoon. I wonder if the researcher could consider that afternoon clients may be cheated of effort by me due to reduced afternoon morals according to her research, as opposed to the reality that I can't work as fast when I'm tired?

Peace be on you. Thanks. That is their research. One can be at better guards....
Islam asks believer to offer five Prayers from morning to night (besides remembering God all times). Paryer at early morning, afternoon, late afternoon, after sunset, then at night. Believer make ablution which cleans and refresh the body then Prayer / Salaat purifies the soul. Even if person is tired, Prayer bring frshness to body and soul and they remember God which counters the
