Peace be on you. To attain morals is among the basics of all religions. According to Ahmadiyya Muslim Understanding of morals, there are three kinds of progressive moral states in human.
1-The raw state: when one follows all desires of raw-self (untammed) without thinking much.
2-The remorseful state: In this advanced state, one tries to control their emotions and morals start. Sometime one falls back and that makes one feel remorseful but one continues struggle.
3-The peaceful state: In this most advanced state, one finds full satisfaction in following commadments of God and the person has full peace with God and people.

This a path of struggle. If one has more knowledge about working of self and people and society, one can do better in endeavor of getting true morals. The following research gives information about human behaviour, which can be used in positive ways. For example, one can be at more guard at certain times. Here it is for the interested reader.
