Anger in Belief Systems

Is anger an unhealthy emotion in a belief system?
All emotions are bad if you can't hold them in the proper perspective.

Is the "wrath of God" (Revelation 14:10) & (Jeremiah 30:11) & (Joel 3:2) & (Daniel 2:44-45) an "unhealthy emotion" or a fact of what is to come?
Given that the buck stops with Him ... yeah. He made His bed. He should lie in it.

Do you think you can argue your way out of retribution
How did I harm an invulnerable being?

in buddhism one of the things we working on is to let go of attachments to anger, hate, likes, dislike, pain and so on.
Trying to let go of attachments has really helped with my anxiety and depression. I still have them, but it's like being caught in a hurricane: the storm is there and the storm will not stay. I will get wet, but I will dry off.

love works best, yes. unfortunately not everyone chooses that path; so loving someone when they are stabbing you to death is healthy?
Easier said then done, obviously. Who knows in such extreme examples how an individual might react? Survival instinct is pretty strong, or so I've heard. Never had to face it personally. As a kid I was a fast runner.

Transgression represents hate, anger, sorrow, and fighting. In my religion anger is seen as suffering, and both are left out. Pacifism is non-violence, positive emotions like love and happiness, and to some its own self defense without violence in any way.
