Annals of Soloman?

1 Kings 11:41: "As for the other events of Soloman's reign - all he did and the wisdom he displayed - are they not written in the book of the annals of Soloman?" (NIV)

The NRSV has a similar translation of this verse.

What do you all think this refers to? My first thought was that it referred to "The Wisdom of Soloman", which is a book in the Roman Catholic and Eastern Orthodox bible, but that's just wisdom and not a record of events, right? Is "the annals of Soloman" a book that has been lost to history? Does anyone have any knowledge or speculation on this subject?

The Bible refers to several annals of kings that are lost. The annals of Solomon are among them.

It does not refer to the Wisdom of Solomon, but most likely to records kept by a court historian. Personally, I doubt that this book ever existed.
