I've watched a number of his movies. Great actor. Sad thing to happen.

I don't much about aphasia, but it can be caused by stroke or head injury.

I'm a fan. Sorry to hear about his condition and having to retire that way. It makes me appreciate what he has given us all the more, since he is having to leave under such circumstances.

On a personal note, I worry more about that sort of thing than I do about dying.

Yes there was. Even the 'tough' guy movies always contained humor. He once stated that he 'never watched his own movies.'

That was a good one. As was 'Live Free or Die', 'Striking Distance' and most of his movies, with a few exceptions.
