To continue on my fitness plan.
Am I imagining things Maize, or was yours following the The Eight-Fold Path last year ? - I am going to try and set that one for myself for this new year.

Congratulations with the fitness plan BTW.

1. Loose 15 to 20 pounds of fat (although I might gain some weight back in muscle). I have a feeling most people are going to say this, although this year, I'm more focused then ever before to do this. Plus, I have a bike to ride and some workout equipment, so nothing should stop me.
2. Start playing football again or get enrolled in an active sport (between work and home, I spend too much time behind the computer; I need to be more active).

I have never made new year resolutions....
No one seems to keep them,
They are the kiss of death to actually doing what need to be done.
Better to just do what you must all year.

For those of you wanting to lose weight, the key is to be sure that you weigh yourself correctly. I realized I have doing it incorrectly for quite some time now.! :D

My New Year's Resolution is to start exercising, but NOT lose weight. I'm just in it for the whole "being healthy" thing. (that and i only weigh 94 pounds.)

I don't make new year's resolutions, as a matter of principle. If I'm not keen enough on doing it before the new year, I'm not going to do it just because jan 1st rolls around.

It is true.

It's only really worked for me in the past when I'm giving something up. Continually doing stuff. . . That requires too much effort :)

Mine are:
1. To quit chewing, and finally be free of tabacco/nicotine cravings
2. To squat 450 again
3. To bench 280 again
4. To be a lean 250 pounds, and have all my muscle tone back
5. Re-train for pro-wrestling, and maybe learn a few new things
6. To be very active on the indy-wrestling scene. (I might have to wait for the year-after-next for that one)

No, but I have what I term, aspirations and ambitions. I failed in all my aims this year, but like Bruce, we'll try and try again. One of my aspirations is too get Rich. And another is to get laid more often
