Am I imagining things Maize, or was yours following the The Eight-Fold Path last year ? - I am going to try and set that one for myself for this new year.Maize said:To continue on my fitness plan.
1. Loose 15 to 20 pounds of fat (although I might gain some weight back in muscle). I have a feeling most people are going to say this, although this year, I'm more focused then ever before to do this. Plus, I have a bike to ride and some workout equipment, so nothing should stop me.michel said:Am I imagining things Maize, or was yours following the The Eight-Fold Path last year ? - I am going to try and set that one for myself for this new year.

No one seems to keep them,
They are the kiss of death to actually doing what need to be done.
Better to just do what you must all year.

i wouldn't want to accidentally knock into you in the super market, it might hurt :biglaugh:Luke Wolf said:Mine are:
1. To quit chewing, and finally be free of tabacco/nicotine cravings
2. To squat 450 again
3. To bench 280 again
4. To be a lean 250 pounds, and have all my muscle tone back
5. Re-train for pro-wrestling, and maybe learn a few new things
6. To be very active on the indy-wrestling scene. (I might have to wait for the year-after-next for that one)
