Is there any religion that uses Hindu Gods but the LHP philosophy? Just for curious reasons.

Another question, irrelevant to the title of the thread: Do Setians believe in all of the Gods from Kemeticism or just Set or none?

Clarification: Do you mean Left-Hand Path as the Western Occult movement uses it or do you mean Left-Hand Path as in the original Dharmic/Tantric definition?

As has already been mentioned, the LHP of the West may have stemmed from Eastern Philosophy, but it's become an all together different animal. If you're interested in Eastern LHP take a look at Tantra.

Yes - isn't it LHP Tantra eg Kali worship?

eating meat and rolling around with corpses etc...
Vamachara Tantra certainly follows these rituals, yes. Tantra and Kali worship as a whole is not all LHP in nature though. Dakshinachara schools of Tantra do not drink wine, eat meat, or follow sexual rituals.
