Has anyone ever heard about the Archon white light soul trap theory before?? is this really true or it is misinfo cause it has been making me feel depressed recently.

Never heard of it. Your soul is a gift from God and can only become trapped by vices for as long as you choose it to be trapped. When you choose virtue over vice your soul is free.

It was part of Greek Mythology. The word meant "ruler". The Byzantines and the Orthodox church also used the word. Nothing special about it.
