Most Gentiles I know are Christian. They would say that they have found God and are not looking for him. Definitely a theist statement.

some folks call themselves one thing and act holier than thou to another. we generally call them hypocrites.
some claim to know god, yet can't produce him for the skeptic to have a first person experience for themselves.

The most religious countries in the world are primarily Gentile. So the answer to your question would be 'No'.

I always thought of Gentiles as people who are not considered or regarded as Jewish. I don't think a belief, or lack of a belief applies.
Eating babies, mainlining drugs, hating God, being hedonistic, and causing the collapse of a civilization which was perfect, back in [insert favourite epoch here] before people moved away from traditional values.

yes, it is possible.
doesn't believe something exists unless it's observable apart from self. in other words, it is experiential and indirect knowledge vs intuitive knowledge.
Not sure why to pick on only Gentiles; Jews are just the same.
In my opinion.
those jews are behaving like gentiles, true. we are either within the Law, or outside. doesn't matter what we call ourselves. its how we behave. the fruit of the Spirit is Love. the fruit of God is Love. an atheist is within the Law when practicing humanism, doesn't matter what he calls herself. but Love isn't something apart from self. in that aspect an atheist is looking for God outside. God comes from within.
