Are Humans More Important to God?

"...only comes from a human perspective..."??? What other perspective has the ability to put thoughts into words? Name one natural entity, other than man, that exists for nothing more than these three things: to eat, to find a place to sleep and not be eaten, and to find a female of the species in heat to produce more of the same. I think you're giving 'nature' waaay too much credit.

That's all we know of, but we just happen to have been the ones who have arrived at where we are. It might have been some other species - plenty of them apparently (that we know of) - and how would some alien species see the life on Earth? I just don't believe that what we describe via our human ability is necessarily any truth - just our truth. Our perspectives on nature are just that - what we as humans see - and it hardly matters if it is science or religions saying so.

I mean, your question was - what would be the point of nature if there were no humans to observe it. Not see how human-centric that is?

What? Me worry?

Do you even read what you write?

Yes. But anyone who thinks man is not the dominant and/or most important entity in this 'nature' you speak of , is just delusional, IMHO.

Nothing to do with nature being pointless though - unless there is someone to observe it. Is it?

Assuming your perception of God is creator and ruler of the earth/universe, are humans more important to God than other species in nature, past or present? Why or why not?

Without humans there would be no god.

All animals are important, without them there would be no humans to create gods

Biologist J.B.S. Haldane liked to say that if anything could be inferred about God from the "design" of nature, it would be that God has "an inordinate fondness for beetles."

I see all creation is under guidance from God.

It is most probable that there is more advanced intelligence in the universe.

My "answer" is, "I don't know". Nor do I know how this "creation" process took place initially, nor do I lose any sleep over not knowing.

IOW, imo, whatever happened, happened.

Humans beings are more important than individual parts of nature, but human beings are to be good stewards of nature.

This is to prevent two undesirable extremes. The first is a situation where altruistic humans try to forcibly restrict human population to under 500 million or something by some manner of population control and/or outright "lottery" in order to "protect nature." The second is to curb things like wanton slashing and burning of forests. Whatever you take, be sure you use (or give to someone who will). Whatever you use, try to replenish.

Doesn't that apply to what you believe Apex is? For the human aspect if existence, on this Earth, yeah extremely important. Nothing can be done unless there is a group effort; however I believe my Nation can show me a reminder of what being an American truly is; as well as being so thankful for the International Community and their continued efforts toward Justice:)

Definitely. If I have to choose between a human and a god -- a human, every time.

Which part of human body is more important to human ? Eyes, Ears, Head , Legs, Fingers, what ? Each part of the body has its own importance. Similarly, the whole creation is the body of God, and each body part has its own importance :)

But, yes if there's a question.. Should eyes, or ears consider them as more responsible (NOT important ) than other body parts ? Than my answer is.. YES. :)
