Are you a Zionist

The IDF is corrupt and far from healthy as well. You win.
a separate question -- you, in this statement, make a sweeping judgment about a group. Would you feel comfortable

a. localizing this to individuals within that group (i.e. the group is corrupt because the people within it are corrupt)
b. telling an individual within that group that you make this judgment on him/her

or is it just that passing judgment on an institution somehow doesn't need to be personalized?

I personally find countries to be political constructs. Which means that the idea that any community is entitled to any territory entirely fictional.

We can convince other people to accept and even protect our presence in certain patches of land, we can call that law, but the land will neither know nor care.

As it applies to Israel, I do not find the existence of a Jewish state particularly desirable... but the alternatives are consistently, depressingly worse.

Can someone please explain to me why everyone reacts as if the opening post is completely fine and not completely insane?

I'm positive there are good Israeli soldiers don't get me wrong..... I'm just disgusted by the amount of Palestinian children that are killed. Does that answer your question?

I guess there Is no solution other than a complete miracle

No I would not

I don't think in terms of miracles, personally. Or even of luck.

There are solutions. But they will involve a lot of painful dissolution of delusions, as will many paths that are not solutions at all.

We don't have to like Jacob, but surely you can find plenty of things you like about the God of Jacob, and then wrestle with God. Israel means "contender with God". It's what Mussolini means too.

@Spiderman Can you help me understand what all Jacob was wrestling with God about? Where did Jacob find rest in God? What does contending with God mean?

@Bthoth @Bharat Jhunjhunwala @Spiderman
What happened in Italy yet that's way in the future after Jacob was wrestling with God?

That's all modern Evangelical nonsense. The traditional, ancient Catholic understanding is that the Church is Israel and that the non-believing Jews are cut off unless or until they accept Christ as Lord and Messiah. Christian Zionism is technically a heresy. You bless the seed of Abraham by blessing the Church.

Maybe the IDF and Israeli government should cease their hatred of the Palestinians, stop occupying and stealing their land, stop bombing Palestinians by the thousands, and get healthy.

I am seriously baffled that you managed to created a serious response objecting the the OP's politics whilst completely glossing over the fascism.

Because I know the OP pretty well, he has issues and some things you just smile politely at and move on, if you catch my drift. This is a very old thread that some one bumped for some reason.

@River Sea -

Apparently you have not taken the time to review the OP’s history on the forum, not taken the time to read some of his posts over the recent past. If you had you might have had second thoughts about reopening a thread that has been dormant for four years.

I've been learning a lot from this thread.

When did people become Romans with Roman laws that caused Jews to give up their laws, for example, Abrahamic zera?
I believe there needs to be one country on earth where that branch of Abrahamic monotheism can keep it's Hebrew identity
@Spiderman @Bthoth @Bharat Jhunjhunwala
What is the Hebrew identity when they're Yadavas from the Indus Valley?
I still don't understand why some Jews have a distaste for Christian Zionists
@Spiderman What are the differences between Christian Zionists and Jew Zionists?
it has a lot to do with the various problems Judaism finds in Christianity
@Harel13
What things do Judaism finds issues with Christianity, is it possible to be a Jew and a Christian or would that person be a messianic Jew?
If a Christian is a Zionist because he believes that getting Jews to Israel will lead to Jesus' arrival (so his motives are not so purely for the Jews and their autonomy)
@rosends How would Jesus come back again, come out of a woman's womb? Which womb shall Jesus choose? What if Jesus doesn't want to come back? How is it that Jews all go to Israel and that this will manipulate Jesus to come back to earth? What type of manipulation would this be for Jesus? What does Jesus want to do when coming back to earth? What does Jesus think about EL and RA? Does Jesus ever wrestle with EL?
as long as Israel can protect their borders, it's theirs.
@Bthoth
How is Israel protecting their borders? Who created these borders when it's Egypt's new kingdom's land? Where's RA? How come people who go to EL wrestle with EL?
I do wish they'd stop mistreating the Palestinians
I also wish they stopped mistreating the Palestinians. What type of wrestling are people doing with God that prevents healing with the Palestinians? How does the Benjamín tribe feel about this situation?
My understanding of Scripture is that Israel will be the leading nation in the Millennium
Please can you help me understand how Israel will be the leading nation in the Millennium?

persecuted just as Judah did for Benjamin in (Gen. 44:18-34)
Genesis 44:18-34
New International Version
18 Then Judah went up to him and said: “Pardon your servant, my lord, let me speak a word to my lord. Do not be angry with your servant, though you are equal to Pharaoh himself. 19 My lord asked his servants, ‘Do you have a father or a brother?’ 20 And we answered, ‘We have an aged father, and there is a young son born to him in his old age. His brother is dead, and he is the only one of his mother’s sons left, and his father loves him.’

21 “Then you said to your servants, ‘Bring him down to me so I can see him for myself.’ 22 And we said to my lord, ‘The boy cannot leave his father; if he leaves him, his father will die.’ 23 But you told your servants, ‘Unless your youngest brother comes down with you, you will not see my face again.’ 24 When we went back to your servant my father, we told him what my lord had said.

25 “Then our father said, ‘Go back and buy a little more food.’ 26 But we said, ‘We cannot go down. Only if our youngest brother is with us will we go. We cannot see the man’s face unless our youngest brother is with us.’

27 “Your servant my father said to us, ‘You know that my wife bore me two sons. 28 One of them went away from me, and I said, “He has surely been torn to pieces.” And I have not seen him since. 29 If you take this one from me too and harm comes to him, you will bring my gray head down to the grave in misery.’

30 “So now, if the boy is not with us when I go back to your servant my father, and if my father, whose life is closely bound up with the boy’s life, 31 sees that the boy isn’t there, he will die. Your servants will bring the gray head of our father down to the grave in sorrow. 32 Your servant guaranteed the boy’s safety to my father. I said, ‘If I do not bring him back to you, I will bear the blame before you, my father, all my life!’

33 “Now then, please let your servant remain here as my lord’s slave in place of the boy, and let the boy return with his brothers. 34 How can I go back to my father if the boy is not with me? No! Do not let me see the misery that would come on my father.”

I need to go through these verses some more and analyze this, where's Benjamin in all of this?
Joseph whom they rejected
How did Joseph handle this rejection, was Set ever rejected too?

You bless the seed of Abraham by blessing the Church
@Saint Frankenstein how does blessing the church helps blessing the zera of Abraham

Maybe the IDF and Israeli government should cease their hatred of the Palestinians, stop occupying and stealing their land, stop bombing Palestinians by the thousands, and get healthy
@Saint Frankenstein is one of the ways to get healthy is RA? Because what happened when they went to EL they wrestle with God? How can RA help with healing?
The @Palestinians are of the new Kingdom as well, you agree?

@River Sea you can do what you want but I don't like replying to really old threads. As I've told you previously, IMO it would be better if you started new threads instead of waking up long-dead ones.

That makes sense. It's easier to address specific points.

For example: zionist is not judiasm!
