I mostly feel sorry for them. I can definitely understand that in the mind s/he could be a she, but in the body a he or vice-versa. However, it is my belief that sex is biologically determined. Yes, there are intersex people but 99% of us are either male or female and have either XY or XX. Thus in my mind, biology trumps mentality and that is really it. If I could wave a magic wand and make the sufferer the sex he or she experiences in the mind, then I would.

Just my personal experience. I don't make a claim to absolute knowledge and I don't want to stop others from worshipping their gods or none at all.

1. I have no problem with this concept. I rather like it, actually.
2. Worship G-d and have children.
3. I think it is still a bit small to make a good judgement. I think it may stay small as many Noachides eventually convert to Judaism.
